Shipping
We ship across India. Orders are processed within [24–48 hours] (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Standard delivery takes [3–7 business days] depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
Shipping is free on orders over [₹2,999]. Below that, a flat fee of [₹99] applies, calculated at checkout. [International shipping is currently not available / available to select countries — contact us for a quote.]
Returns & exchanges
If something is not right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within [7 days] of delivery. Made-to-order and customised bats are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
