How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within [24–48 hours] and typically delivered in [3–7 business days] across India, depending on your location.
Do your bats come knocked-in?
Our English willow bats include free professional knocking-in so they are closer to match-ready on arrival. We still recommend a short final knock-in before heavy use.
Can I customise a bat?
Yes. Use the Customize Your Bat tool to choose willow grade, size, weight, handle, grip, stickers and finishing — the price updates live before you add to cart.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within [7 days]. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
How do I choose the right size?
See our Size Guide for bats, gloves and pads. Still unsure? Contact us and we will help.
